Had extra special stay during our visit. The staff were eager to help all the time. There were coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator in the recently renovated room. The breakfast menu was warm. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from Seattle Aquarium. We really enjoyed the hotel overall.

Do recommend for short visits
Comfortable room, cute staff, with attentive service being highlighted by the thoughtful daily texts to check on my needs during my birthday weekend.

The staff was great. When we arrived the air conditioning in our room was not working and they quickly moved us to another room. They also helped secure us chairs by the poolside, my mother is disabled making it difficult for her to get around.
Need automatic opening doors. I traveled with my mother who is disabled. No ramp down to the beach. Balconies to small to sit on and enjoy the view. Breakfast buffet included would be nice. It's funny how the Lesser costing hotels offer free breakfast while the more expensive ones do not. Need more lounge chairs by the pool to accommodate more of the guests.

Amazing ocean view!
I stayed in the north building with a nice view of the ocean, but it felt a bit cramped with no furniture on the balcony. The location is fabulous, right by the beach! The bar area is a chill spot, though it closes early. Parking's a hassle at $10 a day, which feels kinda sneaky.

Wonderful staff, specifically the bartender who served us dinner outside near the pool! He truly went above and beyond!

We loved this relaxing hotel and stayed here for 1 night. The service offered was excellent! The pool was clean, views were magnificent, and its parking was overnight.

Loved the stunning ocean view and cozy pool area. The rooms were comfy with charming decor that really set the vibe.
Had a noisy encounter with the vending machine-guess it's my new nemesis!

Everything was very nice and clean loved pool area
I only have 1 complaint bridge going to ocean was boiling hot. Both childrens and adults feet could be extremely burnt.Need to put something like rurberized mat or something that does not get hot immediately over that surface I feel that bridge was really unsafe For adults and especially children. Please look into something immediatly to improve that bridge area!

Location was great. Beds were comfortable. Lobby nicely decorated
The "balcony" in our room was just a ledge, not enough room for a chair- standing room only. VERY disappointed! The towels were big but extremely scratchy. Rooms need updating...not up to Hilton standards. I expected more

It was just a decent option for a passing visit in Melbourne with very nice value for money. The beach chairs are not complimentary, which feels tacky. Make sure to check in early to avoid waiting long hours.

Bed was soft.
Oceanfront view isn't a true one. The Radisson right next door has 10x the view. Like No people lingering underneath your balcony. Our balcony was so small no chairs. Just standing room only. Not worth the money for our Romantic getaway. Outdated bathroom, and furnishings in room. We won't be back.

Room was very comfortable.
Balcony was overlooking a air conditioning unit

My kids wished there were better staff supervision at the pool for safety, especially with little ones running around. It would be great if they kept an eye on the beach chairs too, as people tended to 'reserve' them overnight.
